Annapurna Circuit Yoga trek is an 18 days trekking package with yoga practicing twice a day throughout the trekking days. Yoga and trekking is not only an average yoga retreat. March, April and May are one of the best months of the year for the Annapurna Circuit Yoga Trek. After the arrival of the Spring season in Nepal, you can witness some of the amazing views throughout the trek. The weather is warm and there are fewer chances of rainfall during this season.

Tilicho Lake
Situated at an altitude of 4919 meters above sea level, Tilicho lake is the highest altitude lake of Nepal. Some other sources also believe that Tilicho Lake is situated at an altitude of 4,949 meters. Which makes it the highest altitude lake on the Earth. The route to Tilicho lake is regarded as one of the challenging routes of the Annapurna region. Tilicho lake has never disappointed its visitors by its amazing scenarios, spectacular mountain views as well as jaw-dropping beauty.
Similarly, it is also one of the most famous pilgrimage sites of the Hindu religion followers. But before reaching this beautiful holy lake you need to cross the landslide area after Khangshar village. Practicing yoga at this altitude with the crystal clear blue Tilicho lake is a lifetime experience for every traveler and yoga lovers.
Thorong La Pass
The highest point of Annapurna Circuit, Thorong La Pass is one of the most popular and adventurous passes of Annapurna region. It lies at an altitude of 5416 meters above sea level and separates Manaang and Mustang districts of Nepal. Formed by the two mountains Khatung Kang and Yaskawa Kang Thorong La Pass offers marvelous views of the Manang and Mustang from the top.
About Annapurna Circuit Yoga Trek
Annapurna Circuit Trek is an ideal option for the trekkers or the yoga lovers who are willing to practice yoga on the lapse of the Himalayas. Every trekking day consists of different landscapes. Doing yoga on this beautiful trekking destination in a lifetime experience for all the yoga and trekking lovers. Meanwhile, Tilicho Lake is the highest point of the trek for yoga exercise throughout the trek. Annapurna Circuit Yoga Trek starts after a drive from Kathmandu to Bhulbhule through Besisahar.
After the drive, you will walk for about an hour to reach the Ngadi village. This short walk to Ngadi helps you to warm up for the long trek and to mingle with the atmosphere and to interact with the locals. Sattale is the perfect destination for yoga practice as there are fewer crowds than that of Chamje. The third day of the trek leads you to Dharapani. Before reaching Chame you will cross some other beautiful villages such as Bagarchhap, Timang, Koto and Tanchok.
Similarly, Manang is one of the popular villages of the whole Annapurna circuit. After your Yoga practice, you can explore the village and interact with the locals or other trekkers. During your acclimatization day at Manang, you can explore the beautiful Gangapurna Glacier Lake.
The following day of the trek you will practice yoga at Tilicho Base Camp. Before the sunrise, you will move towards Tilicho Lake to witness its beauty and to practise yoga at an altitude of 4,949 meters above sea level. You will return back to Khangsar to join the main Annapurna Circuit to Ledar. Thorong La Pass is the highest point of the Annapurna Circuit Yoga Trek. You will reach Muktinath after crossing this high pass. During your last day of the trek, you will reach Jomsom to Kagbeni.
Muktinath Temple
One of the most famous religious sites of Hindus and Buddhist Muktinath Temple is a place of salvation. Situated at an elevation of 3,710 meters above sea level. Muktinath Temple is also the starting point of Kali Gandaki river which is one of the major rivers of Nepal. Muktinath is derived from two words “Mukti” which means “Nirvana” and “Salvation” and “Nath” which means “God”. It is also one of 108 Vaishnava shrines.
