Kathmandu durbar square is one of the most popular places to visit in Kathmandu as it is a cluster of incredible ancient buildings and monuments that includes temples and other intricate designs and architecture. Swayambhunath Stupa is also known as the Monkey temple. These are three major Buddhist sites that have immense importance in Buddhist culture. From here, you get a birds-eye view of the entire Kathmandu city. It is a perfect place for meditation as the atmosphere is relaxed, peaceful, and refreshing, with phenomenal sights. At. 08:30 AM: Wake up after a comfortable night and enjoy your breakfast at the hotel. After your delicious breakfast, get ready to be amazed by the historic beauty and rustic ambience. Your guide will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the site.
Today you will devote your precious time to observing the beauty of the ancient city and century-old history. Kathmandu has three prominent Durbar’s, and Bhaktapur Durbar Square is the most admired and visited one. Walking in the stone-paved courtyards, you will get a royal vibe as formal Royal palaces and glorious landmarks surround you. You can see stone sculptures, wood carvings, and Pagoda-style architecture over hundreds of years old square. Exciting myths and historical events are engraved on the pillars of eye-catching monuments. Take pictures to remember the moments.
Have lunch near Durbar square. You can try authentic Nepali food or Newari cuisine, which is famous in Bhaktapur, with a lovely ambience. There are several cafes and restaurants with rooftop views where you can go and enjoy the food and a fine panoramic view of the entire Bhaktapur Durbar Square along with the surrounding hills. If you don’t want local cuisine, you can also get continental food at the fine restaurants after your lunch drive towards Nagarkot. Do try the signature dish of Bhaktapur JuJu Dhau (King Yogurt).
After your sightseeing, drive to Nagarkot straight from Bhaktapur to a luxurious resort / Spa. (Bhaktapur to Nagarkot drive time 30-40 mins)
Nagarkot is the viewpoint where you get celestial sunrise and sunset views along with snow-capped mountains. The road to Nagarkot allows you to see the unique landscape, including agricultural farms, hills, a glimpse of mountains, and lush green hills. Once you are at the viewpoint, wait for the sunset and experience the mesmerising sunset. Enjoy your evening from the hotel/resort if you and treat yourself to a relaxing Spa session.
Fly to Chitwan.
At. 11:00 AM: View the mesmerizing view from the hotel room along with the surrounding greenery. Have your morning breakfast and prepare for an exciting journey toward Chitwan. After breakfast at Nagarkot (Nagarkot to Airport 50 mins to 1 hour), your transportation will drop you off at the domestic airport terminal, where you will catch a flight to Chitwan, which will take approximately 25- 30 mins.
At the Bharatpur airport, you will be greeted by our local representative and transferred to the luxury resort in a private vehicle. Get refreshed and enjoy the accommodation at the spa or self-explore the surrounding area. There are two routes to the resort, one from Rampur road and Gitanagar road; on the way, you can try local food and enjoy the unique landscape. Explore the nearby area on the way to your respective resort. You will get a typical Nepali-style welcome at your luxurious resort. Relax or self-explore the surrounding area with your family while enjoying the resort's fine accommodations and excellent service.
You'll go for a boat safari with an expert naturalist who will provide in-depth knowledge about the surroundings and the local flora and fauna after you've arrived at the resort. This activity will take around 2-3 hours. In the evening, have an exclusive outdoor dinner, bonfire, and cultural program (Tharu dance).
Boat Safari, Jungle and Village Walk.
At. 10:30 AM: Have breakfast and prepare for a boat safari floating downstream to the Rapti river. You can observe the exotic species of birds at the banks of the Rapti river and some reptiles, including mugger and gharial crocodiles. Stop at the confluence for some sundowner by the resort. The boat safari will take approximately 2-3 hours.
Have your pre-made lunch. You will advance towards the nearby local community of Tharu people. You will observe the traditional houses of the Tharus and their day-to-day lifestyle. Tharu people are known for their architectural art called the Mokha art, which can be observed in the village. In the evening you will be welcomed at the resort with a warm dinner and another Tharu cultural program (Kumal dance). Enjoy the program with your family together.
Jeep Safari inside the Chitwan National Park.
At. 09:00 AM: You will go for the half day Jeep Safari inside the national park by crossing the Rapti river on a Patela boat (traditional handcrafted boat), also known as a canoe ride. Breakfast will be served in a scenic and safe spot between the safari. Where you will spot animals such as deer, one-horned rhinos, and, if lucky, The Royal Bengal tiger and many more. An expert naturalist will accompany you, Providing the needed information about the surrounding flora and fauna. The safari will take around 4-5 hours. You will return to the resort to have lunch and relax from the previous jeep safari.
You will go for a jungle walk, where you will be walking with elephants. It is the perfect time for bird watching, and the naturalist guides you in exploring flora and fauna. This activity will take around 2-3 hours. In the evening you will be welcomed to the resort by the cultural Tharu or Kumal dance organized by the resort. Farmers from the nearby village will exhibit some of their traditional skills and cultural dance, followed by an authentic traditional dinner. This concludes your exciting voyage in Chitwan.
Fly to Pokhara, Drive to Ghandruk.
At. 10:00 AM: Have your breakfast at the hotel before you leave the hotel for Pokhara. Pack your bags and get ready for a one-hour drive towards Bharatpur Airport to catch a flight to Pokhara, the city of adventure. (Bharatpur/Chitwan to Pokhara 20 minutes)
The high mountain will welcome you when you reach the city of lakes. There are plenty of good places to try some comfort food as well. Have lunch once you reach Pokhara and continue your journey by driving towards Ghandruk. You will drive through Nayapul road and stop at the celestial village of Ghandruk
Once at the village check in at a comfortable hotel. You can do things related to culture and tradition, like trying on their traditional garments, mostly of Gurung culture, and have some snaps for sweet memories. Then, in the evening, witness the stunning sunset from the hotel. The majestic coral sunset above the beautiful yet ruthless mountains will win your heart. Then, enjoy the organic dinner at the hotel and get a taste of the different cuisine and rest for the upcoming day.
Hike to Tanchowk.
At. 05:30 AM: Wake up to see the golden sunrise above the snow-capped Himalayas from the hotel. Have breakfast and prepare for another adventurous day. First, go for a morning walk if you wish to. Then, start your journey towards Lumle. The distance between Ghandruk and Lumle is 14 km, which will take approximately 6 hours on foot. Until Chimrog, the trail is the same; from there, you will take another route towards Tomjung village. The remarkable thing about this village is that a traditional rice mill still works.
You will reach Ghaisari, another village area where you can stop by for some tea, talk with the native people, and have chit-chat. Next, you will come across a village called Majhgaun through the peaceful jungle, where you can see different birds and animals. After you reach Majhgaun, it will take around a 1-hour walk to get to Tanchwok, where you will spend your night. Walking together with your family on a peaceful trail is a great opportunity to have quality time with your loved ones.
Check in at the lodge, get refreshed from the gratifying hike, and relax at the eco-lodge with very comfortable accommodations and satisfying service. This place is in the middle of the jungle, surrounded by nature and peace. You can participate in activities such as meditation, yoga, or just simple relaxation. (You can spend your night in a tent if you want) campfire will be optional if you wish.
At. 08:00 AM: Have local breakfast at the lodge, observe the surroundings, and soak in the beauty and tranquillity. Then, start your hike toward today’s destination Dhampus, another magnificent village with a fantastic ambience and beautiful people. It will take around 4 hours. The trail is through the jungle so you will observe various species of birds and wild animals along with domesticated animals like horses and donkeys.
You will reach Pothana, a short trail for Dhampus, but if you wish to walk a little more, you can take another track from the Australian base camp. Upon reaching Pothana, it will take around 1.5 hours to get to Dhampus. First, stop by for tea at the local teahouses and gossip with the residents. Then, check in at the lodge, get refreshed at the inn, and get ready for the most beautiful sunset from Dhampus village.
While you wait for the evening, you can go sightseeing around the village. The people will surely make you feel at home with their warm welcome and beautiful culture. Drive to Pokhara.
At. 05:30 AM: Wake up early to see the sunrise and an elegant view of Mount. Fishtail from your lodge in Dhampus. Walk around the village and say the last goodbye to the locals if you wish to. Enjoy your breakfast, pack, and put on your shoes for a short hike. Today you will hike down to the (Phedi) bus stop (distance 2 km/1 hours) from there, you will drive back to Pokhara, which will take around 20 minutes. (Distance 18 KM)
After you reach Pokhara/lakeside, check-in at the luxury hotel, rest your bags and get refreshed. In the evening you can go to the lakeside and enjoy the live music while having some delicious food. There are numerous places with a beautiful atmosphere that you can enjoy with your family and friends while having quality time. Enjoy the spirited environment with your family and spend some time. Have a comfortable night at the luxury hotel.
Pokhara Sightseeing, Leisure Day.
At. 10:00 AM: Have your breakfast at the hotel and get ready for yet another day at Pokhara full of fun and beauty. After you have your breakfast your transportation will pick you up from the hotel and take you to the sites.
You will visit World Peace Pagoda, Davi’s Fall, Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, and Bindhyabasini Temple. These places hold religious significance. Explore the nearby area and enjoy the view together with your family. You will finish your sightseeing program in around 3-4 hours. Explore the surrounding area and visit the classic cafe/restaurant for lunch and have quality time with your family while enjoying the food. You can try Nepali cuisine or continental food according to your taste.
If you are into an adventure you can take part in the activities that are mentioned below. If you are more into plain activities you can do boating which can be done in a group with your family. If you want to try something extravagant you can do a Helicopter tour and land at Annapurna Base Camp which is perfect for a quality family trip. (Extra add-ons)

At. 09:00 AM: Have breakfast and pack your bags for your flight back to Kathmandu. Explore the lakeside if you want to be on your flight. (flight duration is 25 mins) Say goodbye to the city of adventures, Pokhara. Drive towards Pokhara airport and finish all the necessary paperwork before takeoff. One of our friendly office representatives will pick you up from the airport and drop you off at the hotel in Kathmandu.
You will have your day leisurely, and you can spend authentic shopping for items such as handmade home decor and luxurious goods for souvenirs and treat yourself to a relaxing spa in Thamel. Enjoy the evening at Thamel as you wish, and in the evening, join us for a traditional Nepali Dinner (Thakali Cuisine) with a live performance of folk songs as a farewell. Everest Mountain Flight, Departure.
At. 05:00 AM: Get up early for your Everest Mountain flight at 7 AM. Your transportation will pick you up from the hotel and drop you off at the airport. The 1-hour mountain flight allows you to catch a glimpse of more than 15 dazzling snow peaks. You will see the summit of lofty mountains over 8000 m above sea level. It is a unique experience to get into the land of Mountains. You will get an aerial view of the highest peaks to the east of Nepal, starting from the Langtang Lirung peak, which is the closest to Kathmandu, and Moving towards the tallest, Mt. Everest. After you reach Kathmandu, collect your bags and head to the international terminal to catch your connecting flight. You will get to the airport 3 hours before your flight time.
