How to get to Ruby Valley?

It will take about 6 to 7 hours to reach Syabrubesi from Kathmandu. Before reaching Syabrubesi, you will pass through the army check post at Dhunche. Syabrubesi is also the starting point of trek for the famous Gosaikunda lake trek as well as Langtang valley.

Then, you will reach the Gatlang village where on the way, you will pass through different villages and pine forest. You will reach Somdang village after crossing Khupra Bhanjyang pass and Somdang river. Then you will reach the highest point of the trek which is Pangsang la Pass and continue your trek towards Tipling. You can explore the beautiful villages there. You can also visit Sherthung village. Situated at an altitude of 850 meters above the sea level, you will pass through different small rivers and forests to reach Darkha Gaon. You will trek through Borang before reaching Darkha Gaon for the overnight stay. After an hour, you will reach Darkha Phedi from Darkha Gaon.
